TF? Man spotted praying in the middle of a busy road in Abuja (video)

An unidentified Nigerian man was spotted praying in the middle of a busy road in Lugbe, Abuja this morning.  The man parked his car on the busy road before kneeling down and raising up his hands to pray.  Twitter user @Leokolade who shared the video wrote;  Lool i was driving and then saw this man praying on the road in lugbe, Abuja.
