Bashir Ahmed, the Special Assistant to President Muhammad Buhari, has reacted after former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo wrote a letter to current President Muhammadu Buhari. In his letter, Obasanjo called on Buhari to cancel all elections that do not pass the transparency and credibility test. He also added that elections should be redone in those areas.  Reacting, Bashir Ahmed tweeted: “So Chief Olusegun Obasanjo wants President Muhammadu Buhari to interfere with our electoral process halfway. The President will never do that.
