Police parade cultists, kidnappers who lure their victim by pretending to be lesbians, and other criminals
Police in Rivers state on Tuesday
paraded criminals arrested for crimes ranging from kidnap to armed
robbery and cultism. In a press statement, it was revealed that suspects
were apprehended following a mandate from IGP Ibrahim K. Idris ordering
the IGP Monitoring Unit to bring to book the criminals constituting a
menace in Rivers state.
