As the 2019 general elections approaches, Nigerians are worried about possible ways the election may be rigged and Twitter user @yemzine has just shared PVCs of seemingly underage persons that’s already circulating in the North. According to him, ‘the rigging in this 2019 elections will be the most epic’.
