Photo: Lagos Court sentences deaf and dumb man to 5 years imprisonment for peddling Indian hemp
A Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos State, has
sentenced a 23-year-old deaf and dumb man, Abbas Ahmed to five years
imprisonment for selling Indian hemp.
A statement signed by the spokesperson for the National
Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Mr Ofoyeju Mitchell, said that
Ahmed was arrested by the police on February 5, 2014.
He was picked up along Agege motor
