Bashir El-Rufai, one of the sons of Governor Nasir El-Rufai, has called for the creation and implementation of family-friendly policies that will help check the population bulge in Nigeria and the North in particular. Taking to his Twitter handle to share this opinion, Bashir wrote”It is a fact. Nigeria as a whole, and Northern Nigeria in particular need to create & implement citizen/family friendly policies to address our population bulge. Let’s look ourselves in the mirror & tell ourselves the truth. Abeg don’t insult my lineage.
