 Mariah Carey who reportedly underwent gastric sleeve surgery last November in a desperate bid to lose weight flaunted her newly slim figure in Malibu on Saturday.The 48-year-old who wore a leather jacket over a black dress looked fit and slimmer as she left the Nobu restaurant with her 35-year-old toyboy, Bryan Tanaka.The mother of two accessorized her look with a pair of diamond hoop earrings, a patent leather handbag and black heels for the romantic dinner.
