IGP, Abubakar Adamu, reacts to this photo of three policemen displaying the 4+4 sign

The Nigeria police force has reacted to a photo showing three policemen displaying the 4+4 sign, a symbol associated with Buhari/APC 2019 campaign.

In a tweet via its official handle, it was revealed that the IGP Mohammad Adamu charged the Digital and Forensic Unit of @PoliceNG to investigate the authenticity of the photo circulating on social media, to ascertain whether it’s real or photo-shopped.

The outcome of the investigation and appropriate actions will be made known to the public, the force headquarters tweeted.
