I waited for 12 years to have them – Mother of abducted twins in Oyo weeps
The mother of the twins abducted in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, has cried out to the abductors to please set her children free whom she waited 12 years before she had them.
On April 25th, some gunmen stormed the residence of a popular Islamic cleric, Sheik Taofeeq Akeugbagold, and abducted his twins.
An investigation into the matter has already begun according to the police with the hope of rescuing the babies and arresting the perpetrators of the abduction.
The video below shows the mother of the twins crying and pleading to the abductors to set them free.
She also revealed that her husband the father of the children is willing to pay whatever they demand just so they could release the children.
