Another adorable video emerges from Drake’s visit to the sick little girl who needs a heart transplant

Another video has emerged from Drake’s visit to the heart transplant patient on her birthday and this is even more adorable than the first (read here). This new video shows 11-year-old Sofia Sanchez talking with Drake like they are old friends. They spoke about Michael Jordan and a lot of other things.
