Adele acquires new Beverly Hills home worth $10m

English singer, Adele has just splashed a whooping 10,000,000 dollars on a new Beverly Hills home just blocks away from another residence she owns.

According to Variety‘s report on Thursday, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home, which was initially built in the early 60s, spans 6,045 square feet and sits on nearly an acre.

Adele, 31, new home boasts of amenities such as a large office, an art studio, a crafts room, a library and a gym.

The master bedroom of the abode includes a walk-in closet, a lounging section with a fireplace, and a terrace over the home’s pool and backyard.

The home’s sunken living room includes a fireplace and leads to a patio, and the kitchen includes wooded cabinets, an island and stainless steel appliances.

The purchase comes about a month after reps for the Grammy-winner confirmed her separation from Konecki, a 45-year-old businessman who she tied the knot with two years ago.
