Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri has announced the arrival of 167 Nigerians who were stranded in South Africa. This is coming after the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, disclosed on Twitter that the flight which departed O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, South Africa, will touch down in Abuja before Lagos, its final destination.
According to Abike Dabiri, the flight has landed in Abuja Airport and all the passengers tested negative to coronavirus.
Sharing this news on her official twitter page, the 57 year old wrote “167 Nigerians stranded in South Africa have arrived the Abuja Airport . They all tested negative to Covid 19 and will go on 14 day compulsory self isolation . They will be tested at an NCDC facility within the 14 days”
